The JOTA/JOTI National Coordinator is a member of the Scouts Australia International Team. The current National Coordinator is Sam Adcock. The National Coordinator can be contacted through firstname.lastname@example.org
The National Coordinator’s responsibilities include:
Organise and coordinate the Jamboree On The Air and Jamboree On The Internet at a National level.
Liaise with Guides Australia.
Ensure effective implementation of World and Region Jamboree On The Air and Jamboree On The Internet policies at a National level.
Liaise with World Scout Bureau in relation to Jamboree On The Air and Jamboree On The Internet.
Provide a written report to each meeting of the Operations Committee and National Executive Committee.
Promote Jamboree On The Air and Jamboree On The Internet to all members of the National Association as widely as possible.
Promote the use of Amateur Radio and the Internet within the youth sections of Scouts Australia.
Work with the National Office in regards to the Chief Scout's address for Jamboree On The Air and Jamboree On The Internet.
Be an active member of the Scouts Australia International Team.
Provide an annual Report to the Nation on the Jamboree of the Air and Jamboree of the Internet.
Provide an annual report to the World JOTA Organiser on the Jamboree On The Air and Jamboree On The Internet.
Other duties as requested by the International Commissioner.
